WEST PENN TOWNSHIP MAN MISSING SINCE JUNE 14; (JASON “JAY” HAHN, AGE 22)

Family and friends of Jason “Jay” Hahn, age 22, of 577 Blue Mountain Drive (near Snyders) in West Penn Township, say they haven’t seen or heard from him since last Saturday (June 14, 2014) when he supposedly left his home with another friend.
“He has never gone missing before,” said Derek Snyder, a close friend of Hahn. “Jay is practically my brother. It is very unusual for Jay to not stay in contact with friends and loved ones. He doesn’t have close friends out of state. The only time he ever left the state was with me to New York.”
Snyder added, “Local and State Police currently tell us they are unable to help, because Jay is an adult and apparently left on his own will.”
Snyder said that the only person that might have information pertaining to the whereabouts of Hahn would be Ethan Sullivan of St Clair. Snyder added that Sullivan was the friend Hahn was last seen with the day he went missing. Currently, Sullivan is incarcerated in Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville for unknown charges. Snyder added that prison officials told them they have to wait three probationary days until anyone can contact Sullivan while in prison.
Hahn, a 2012 graduation of Tamaqua High School, is described as 5-foot 9-inches tall, 135 pounds, green eyes, facial hair, gauged ears, large abdominal scar, chest tattoo that reads “I Need A Miracle”, and poosibly wearing blue jeans and a hoodie. Friends added that Hahn does not own a vehicle.
Family added that he was also seen last Saturday in MaryD.
